In one powerful moment, he lifts his shades to reveal an intense gaze filled with arrogance and authority. This unconventional look, first hinted at in the film’s poster, has left fans eager for more.
Co-star Vinayakan also commands attention in the teaser, appearing in a serious and intense role. Just a day earlier, the film’s poster had created excitement by presenting Mammootty in a mysterious and rugged appearance. Stills released earlier had already fueled speculation about the actor’s character.
A Promising Thriller
Kalamkaval is produced under the banner of Mammootty Kampany and marks the seventh production from the studio. The film will be distributed in Kerala by Wayfarer Films.
The screenplay is co-written by Jishnu Sreekumar and Jithin K. Jose. Notably, Jithin is making his directorial debut after earning recognition as the story writer of Kurup, the hit biopic starring Dulquer Salmaan.
