5. Endowment Scholarships (N C Jain Scholarship): This scholarship is specifically for first-year BTech/IDD/IMD students.
6. Previous Scholarships: IIT BHU provides various historical scholarships and fellowships, including those from the Cognizant Foundation, BHU Alumni Association Mumbai, and the Foundation for Academic Excellence and Access. The Aadhaar Card is mandatory for government subsidies and scholarships from the 2016-17 financial year onwards.
